ADX INTRODUCTION
Advertising Exchange, or ADX for short, is an advertising technology
company that serve as a marketplace for advertising spots. Our mission is
to open access for everyone to advertise through channels that has
previously been exclusive to big companies. Now, these channels are
available for everyone.
BACKEND DEVELOPERS
Brief
We are looking for outstanding python developers to be responsible for
developing innovative and user friendly application. You will work closely
with our technical founder to develop the product from A to Z, exposing
you to broad experience and development phases. Be part of the
disruptive history in advertising technology landscape.
Responsibilities
1. Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
2. Extend, enhance, and maintain our current applications.
3. Write unit tests and integration tests.
4. Provide recommendations of new technologies and its relevant
application.
5. Create and maintain software documentation that is related to
assigned tasks / projects.
Requirements
1. Experience in Python language.
2. Experience in creating web service (REST API).
3. Familiarity with Django is a plus.
4. Familiarity with Git is a plus.
FRONT END DEVELOPERS
Brief
We are looking for excellent front end developers to be responsible for
our user interfacing technology. Responsiveness, performance, and
reusability are critical. Working in small team, you will play a big part in
shaping and optimizing our front end technology for mass use.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with designers to design user experience flow.
2. Develop user interfacing components.
3. Test and collect data about user interaction.
4. Continuously improve user interaction to be as easy as possible with
minimal errors, bugs, and quirks.
Requirements
1. Experience in creating front end website with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
2. Experience in creating front end website that is responsive and works
in multiple environments.
3. Familiarity with jQuery, SASS/SCSS, ReactJS, Bower, Gulp, and Babel
is a plus.
UI/UX DESIGNERS
Brief
We are looking for UI/UX Designer (Product Designer) that has heart for
user friendly interface. You will formulate, design, and determine how we
present ourselves to the public and potential users. Your work will set a
foundation and highly impact our business. Beyond stunning aesthetic, you
will create seamless and consistent user experience throughout our
products.
Responsibilities
1. Plan, do, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research to generate
foundation for designing UI/UX.
2. Establish product identity.
3. Design user flow and visual component from scratch for multiple
devices (website, mobile, and tablet).
4. Create mock up, wireframe, and prototype for our application
(website, mobile, and tablet).
5. Analyze usage pattern and user interaction data to generate insight
for better UI/UX.
6. Continuously improve user experience to achieve superior user
interface and seamless user experience.

Our office will be in Green Lake City. It is in the border of Tangerang and
West Jakarta, one exit after what was previously Karang Tengah Toll Gate
(Cipondoh Exit) – direct toll access.

Work hours and place
Semi-flexible working hours. Positions are not open for remote work.
Engineering team must come to office every day.

We just secured our second-round funding. ADX is not going out of
business anytime soon.
